I am a qualified PTLLS level 4 tutor for 16+ and am happy to provide workshops for younger students.
I specialise in printed textiles and the techniques I use are often applied to paper for sketchbook work, as well as used on fabric. I have a lot of experience creating theme/market/mood boards and very strong sketchbooks, as well as photography and Computer Aided Design work.
I have done workshops at Hautlieu and JCG as well as spending a year at Highlands helping out as artist in residence.
Work Experience:
In the past I have done workshops on producing good sketchbooks and work journals, drawing techniques, machine embroidery, textile printing, monoprinting, tiedying, batik and resist, screen printing, lino cutting and creating textures.
